What we collect

When you order, we collect your answers to the health questionnaire (for example your age, hair-loss pattern, medical conditions, medicines and allergies), your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and the plan you chose.

Why we collect it

To let a licensed physician assess whether oral minoxidil is suitable for you, to process your payment, to deliver your order and to contact you about it. We process your health information only with your explicit consent, which you give on the review screen before ordering.

Who can see it

The reviewing physician and the hier staff who handle your order. Our payment provider (Stripe) receives your email address, the order amount and an order reference — never your health answers. Our delivery partner receives only what it needs to deliver: your name, mobile number and address.

We do not sell your information, and we never send health information to advertising platforms or tracking pixels.

Where it is stored

Order records are kept in private, access-controlled storage hosted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Access to the order system requires an administrator credential. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never stored by hier.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide the service, keep accurate medical and order records, and meet our legal obligations in the UAE.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for future processing, by messaging us. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

On this device

While you fill in the questionnaire, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage so you don’t lose them if you go back. They are cleared when you close the tab. We do not set advertising cookies.
